Diversity Within Groups

This article, 'Diversity Within Groups', deals with diversity within the different groups (L, G, B, etc.) within the LGBT+ community. It stresses that each individuals’ sexual identity may be affected by race, ethnicity, beliefs, family dynamics, lived experiences, etc. each in very different ways. Specifically, that one person’s definition of a sexual orientation may be different from that of another person even though they may both identify under the same term. I think this is really important because discrimination takes place at an intersectional level as well and that this can sometimes be overlooked.
